No. We follow a strict Anti-PG policy. We limit occupancy to a maximum of 3–4 working professionals in a 3BHK, prohibit overcrowding, bunk beds, and short-term stays, and conduct regular inspections.
How do you verify tenants?
All tenants go through proper documentation checks, police verification, corporate email ID verification, and document submission to the society maintenance office.
Will owners get access to tenant details?
